Becker Township's Snow and Ice control policy states: "Complaints and requests for further services regarding snow and ice control should be directed to the Town Clerk. If the Contractor is aware of complaints or requests for additional services, it shall forward such complaints or requests to the Town Clerk for Town Board for consideration." Ways to contact the Town Clerk are by phone [763-261-5301]; email [clerk@beckertownship.org]; fax [763-261-5303]; or postal mail [Becker Township, PO Box 248, Becker, MN 55308]. Please email Town Clerk or call at 763-261-5301. If leaving a message or emailing, be sure to include address so it can be inspected. A house number and time of incident are helpful as well. There is often more than one segment of each road and it helps us locate the proper area to inspect. The Town Clerk maintains the record of all snow related issues and Town Board members are made aware of all comments submitted or messages left. Photos, if submitted, are forwarded to board members. |
Do you live on a gravel road? Gravel roads require specific care during the early winter and early spring freeze/thaw cycles. Sometimes a gravel road will not be plowed as plowing will likely cause a significant amount of damage. Did you leave a voicemail at Town Hall? Please note that due to call volumes, call backs are not made unless a return call is requested. All calls are logged and messages forwarded onto appropriate personnel. Plowing comments are all noted and forwarded onto Town Board Supervisors. |
We appreciate your efforts to help us keep the roads safe by keeping vehicles off roads during snow events. Thank you.
